History
The Termas da Amieira (or more precisely, what remains of them) are located in the municipality of Soure, very close to Figueira da Foz and Montemor-o-Velho, surrounded by beautiful rice fields.
There are records dating back to before 1900 describing the site as having a chapel, several houses, a hotel, and multiple bathhouses that made use of its miraculous water, which received several awards for its therapeutic properties, especially in treating skin ailments. At a time when travel was difficult, the thermal baths still attracted around 1,200 to 1,300 visitors per year. The water was so abundant that, in addition to local use, it was distributed throughout the country and even exported to Africa. These waters were the first in Portugal to be classified as chlorinated and earned multiple recognitions.

The project focuses on heritage restoration combined with innovation and sustainability, aiming to attract investment and create a unique tourism offering in the central region of Portugal. This project includes the participation of FastCapital, which supports innovative initiatives and drives the growth of new businesses through smart financial solutions.
